Just call The Grill on the Hill and ask if theyre busy. People move in and out there pretty good. Now if youre having a large group like 10...i would call them.
Factors to consider that might make it harder 1)if you have a decent size group tagging along and 2)if it around "dinner time". Check how packed other places are on your way there. This can be a good indicator how busy it can be due to high customer traffic. If you want to simplify it, call ahead.
Maybe lunchtime other then that you shouldn't have a problem
we were there on a weekend, did not have to wait at all.
