Every seller must sort in advance to avoid mixed wire pricing. If Zarc is going to see it mixed up, the seller will get the lowest price at a mixed wire rate. No difference than scrap metal.
Wires are tricky. I believe there are 6 or 7 different categories for wires. Each has its own seperate $ value when recycling at zarc. They often have difficulty determining what price to give. The last time I recycled wire they gave me the wrong price and I failed to catch it when cashing in until it was to late to dispute. The only way to get the proper price is by seperating your wire in seperate bins based on its category. Otherwise you will get the lowest $ return for all of it. First time I got it right and recieved $143. Second time I had even more. But was wrongly priced and got only a $40 return. Good luck. Depending on whos at the weighing station they might be willing to assist. Good Luck.
I think they would probably pay the lower price. But that’s still good. It’s $3.00 a pound
