I like their coffee over all other shops in town. I, personally, feel that normal mocha is heavy for me. So I always go with a white mocha. Seems lighter and I like the flavor more
Yes. .....they will replace it if you don't like it. Or recommend someting else if you tell them what your looking for. And your right best coffee in town....my option .
If you dont like it they're always super nice and will offer to make you a different drink.

You should try the "Trifecta" it is dark chocolate, white chocolate and caramel sooo good!
My sister-in-law drinks Starbucks mochas on the west side of the state but when she visits the tri-cities says the Dutch Bros is so much better and won't touch SBs here.
