I can't answer that question I don't work at Macy's. I provide reviews of places that I shop or go to which helpsqp people with the logistics and knowing what's available to them. Typically Macy's does not have a jewelry repair but Eastridge Mall more than likely has a kiosk or a jewelry store that will restring those pearls for you you just need to look up Eastridge Mall information desk or customer service and that number should be provided for you and they can answer that question.
Im not sure they offer those service. Please call store directly.
