Inefficient & disorganized systems. Lazy & incompetent team members. I placed an online order for curbside pickup & waited until I received notification that it was ready. Upon arrival, I was told that more than half my items were unavailable. Guy behind the counter incorrectly blamed other customers for stealing. Funny, I walked the store & found the items that were supposedly unavailable. WHAT’S THE POINT OF AN ONLINE ORDER WITH CURBSIDE PICKUP IF YOUR TEAM MEMBERS ARE TOO LAZY TO COMPLETE THE ORDER?!? Take accountability for your incompetence!

I always have great experiences at target. Unfortunately today I had a bad experience.One of the customer service representative was races. He was super nice and polite to the white lady that was standing in line before me. The lady was returning milk which is something perishable. This sales person even apologized to the lady customer. When it was my turn to do the return, this salesperson told me that the jeans pants that I was returning was going to the landfill because of Covid 19. Please let me know if he’s telling the truth or he’s trying to give me hard time. If that’s the case, I’ll not buy clothes and shoes again from target . I always enjoy shopping at target but It’s ashamed that they might lost a loyal customers because of this one bad customer service representative.

Great target store, the staff is nice and helpful. The service of returns and merchandise section is nice and speedy.

I enjoyed my visit today the checkout young lady was exceptional, very polite, assisted me with applying for red card and informed the customer behind me the time it will take to wait in line and was very helpful and friendly she made my day. She was very courteous and it is nice to have people who still lift others up at the check out stand and not just be in a hurry and rush to get to the next person and out. I appreciated her giving us the time.
