It can be done easily with a password if you're buying a ticket and picking out the ticket at the counter. they do charge for the service

I had To Show My ID whenever I showed up to get are purchase a ticket, your going to need it, especially at check points, and at certain terminals

If you have your confirmation number and go to the machine, it should not be a issue.

Policy is they are supposed to check your ID when you go to pick up a ticket, same with amtrak, but I have never had to show ID

I don't think you need identification to Ride Greyhound,as long can as you have a ticket that should be good..

You normally need ID to pick up your ticket unless your ticket was printed out.
