Good sir, I would say that would not get you through the gate. They are very strict due to the nature of the work conducted there. You would need to be in the company of a CAC card holder and they will need to see some photo ID as well. The pass office shuts down at 2pm and is not open on the weekends.
Check with the pass and id office. Certain areas may be restricted.
