This rally's is not a dine in fast food restaurant. But it does look like this will change in the future. The rally's on W mercury Blvd does have a dine in area. The fries are number one. Better than McDonald's.
Nope and honestly your going to want to get your delicious greasy food and roll out anyway (Not a safe area). Two tables outside and 2 outside windows to order from and 2 outside drive thru windows. But no inside dining only take out and no public bathrooms. Food is so good though!
