The manger that day burnt my crispy chicken deluxe that had forgot my sauce for my nuggets that were absolutely cold I had wendys sauce so I I used that for my biggest left the wrapper in the bag because I was dissatisfied with my order she told my mom that it as a wendys sandwich ..my mom explained to her what had happened .. when the sandwich was still in their wrapper and box .. so my my asked to remake it and my mom told her no mayo and it was up then she proceeded to say drop it again and burnt it again and put extra extra mayo in it ...

The steak bagel is always the go to. With a hash brown and coffee. Hot and fresh out the drive threw. The lady took my money and was very polite. At The next window the lady handed me my food minutes and never said a peep. Wouldnt want to work there. I understand i worked the breakfast rush at Mcdonalds and it has a tendency to be a pain.

Not only are they slow and rude but a bunch of cheapskates. I ordered nuggets with BBQ sauce and then asked for extra sauce at the end bc they never give enough and they tried to charge me 33 cents a sauce. Your a multi billion dollar corporation I think you can survive 2 packages of sauces.

Terrible customer service. Took forever in the drive thru with one vehicle in front. Looked like they ordered one burger but still took 20 minutes. No apology and employee was barely coherent when taking the order.
