They could have changing shifts, changing oil making new fresh chicken nuggets for you and others. It's not the best job in the world but it seems you me, even Kory Drake and so many others like McDonald's. It's not going to be perfect but it's a least better then nothing. At the same time, I know your frustrated waiting, you vented and hopefully no one leaves negative comments. Hopefully you got your meal and hopefully you can think back and realize maybe there was a reason and give them a break. As for me I've had to wait a few times or pull forward or few times I get cold food but it happens sometimes. Nothing I would say deserves a negative review over or being upset about, could have gone to the store waited in line to buy groceries drive home dirty up dishes to cook chicken nuggets at home then had to clean up after yourself. Had the food been raw or not fully cooked, that be a different story. But either way hope you'll just give them a break.
It doesn't always suck. Personally I have never had a bad experience with this McDonald's. I would talk to the manager about your experience and they will be able to help you ☺️☺️
