Do you have a commercial kitchen and if so what would it cost to rent at night 11pm to 6am?

After 12:00 am the real action starts. An operating kitchen would be a distraction and the Post doesn’t need the additional rental $!

I don't think they would rent the kitchen out like Jennifer said. You would definitely have to ask either Jim Wood or Wayne the Post Commander
