A drilled well for water supply. Is the well water tested for contaminants and carcinogens on a routine basis? Are roads plowed in a timely manner? What does the clubhouse consist of? Is it a safe place to live?

The water supply is excellent and it is several wells and park is planning on putting all new water system and upgraded paved roads next summer. This has been in the works now for almost two years. The water is currently checked ever three months by a well company. Roads are blacktop but need upgrading. Roads are plowed in a timely manner. He also sands all roads and parking lots. The clubhouse is a fairly new building with new furnace and air conditioning. Has office and rest room. All past minutes are on display in books so that the community can look at them at anytime. Yes, it is a safe place to live, very quiet. All roads are dead ends so there is never lot of traffic unless it is a neighbors.
