I don't know which one you went to. There are some that do a better job than others. Usually it's a problem with listening. Half the time I've noticed they're continuing to listen to a conversation with their co-workers while taking the order. It usually is just a problem with the person taking the order, not the food. I will openly complain when that happens now. I give them the food back and they have to throw it away. Believe me, if it happens too many times, that person will be replaced. And I will tell them just what I told you. Bad service is bad for the company.
