How is the wheelchair accessibility at Artisan's Asylum? I use a wheelchair, and am eager to at least take a tour and check it out, but am concerned that I might not even be able to get in?

The front door is ground level, without steps. One of the menbers is also in a wheelchair and works regularly in the woodshop. The bulk of the place is on one level, so it sb no problem. Guided tours are offered at 2 and 8 each day. Call the number on the site with any other questions.

You will! All 40,000 square feet are level and we have an accessible bathroom as well. There are also people here working here on upgrading chairs, so come get inspired! There is handicapped parking in the lot on Tyler Street. You need to pick up a parking pass from the front desk and hang it in your car.

Come take a tour! It's amazing, super accessible. At least two members in chairs, actually, and a small group is working on a segway-type invention that blew my mind when I saw Eric test it. Tours are daily at 2 & 8pm M-Th, other times other days. Just check the website.
