They take walk ins, but appointments are advised.
They do both, but I recommend an appointment as they are always busy. All the techs there are fantastic.
I recommend making an appointment. I tried walking in last time and they were so busy, I had to come back a few hours later. They did give me a $3 off coupon for the inconvenience though. Great place!
Hello Kerri, Aqua Stone take walk-ins as well as appointments. If you need or want a certain time then make an appointment. I would recommend any of the Nail Artists. My personal favorites are Kim, Water, and I can't remember the names other three Nail Artists that I like. I've been going to Aqua Stone for over 5 years now. I hope I answered your question.
