i received a sweatshirt for christmas and i have all the receipts,,I am up from florida and would like to exchange it for something that fits better..i have tried numerous times calling and no one answers the phone,,,can i still return the item

You should be fine to return it at the ProShop - as long as it is sell-able condition and you have the receipts as you mentioned. Depends a bit on when it was purchased and if we still offer the item but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Has long as you have the receipt and the item hasn't been worn, you will receive a credit for the purchase price available to use on site.

I'd say yea if it still has tags on it and u explain yourself staff up there is 2nd to none.
