My 9 year old has younger sisters so he knows how to have fun in a younger setting when the whole fam goes.
No events specific to age. But 9 years old kid may not be much interested. You can plan for a one time visit
I don't think so really. I believe its mainly for toddlers. A 5 year old may be the eldest child that would be interested here. A 9 year old would probably be bored in my opinion.
