I wasn't aware there had been a change in ownership since we're only in the area about once a month. It's still the most wonderful place I've found for our Carlee. The week after we got home I even got a call asking how she was doing and making sure everything was okay after her stay there. I adore the place & their entire staff are the BEST!
Julie is no longer there but the current owners are awesome! They spent a good amount of time with Julie prior to the change and it shows. They know the routines, they know the dogs and aside from new faces you would nit be able to tell a difference. We are getting ready to get a second dog and will be more then confident to take both of them to this awesome daycare!!
No, Julie sold Bow Wow to longtime friends and previous colleagues from SeaWorld as she wanted to spend more time with family. Julie loves Bow Wow more than (almost) anything, so I trusted her choice in new owners; having worked with them all summer I can assure you that they are completely deserving of Julie's trust. Not only are they maintaining her culture of loving every dog that walks through their doors, they're investing in the company and making improvements all around the facility. If you don't trust my word, trust my dog's - she LOVES James and still comes home happy and exhausted everyday she's in daycare.
