Sadly, our experience with ParkAvenue Animal Hospital involved acute end-of-life care for a dog and a cat of ours. In both cases, the staff and doctor were compassionate, thoughtful, and caring. The comfort and care of our pets were the clear priority in both instances. They were also extremely sensitive to our feelings. It is without reservation I recommend them.

Wonderful staff and extremely caring and sympathetic when we had to have our great Dane euthanized. It was an extremely difficult time and the support from the veterinary staff here was very appreciated.

By far the best vet I've ever experienced. Dr. Rick and his staff are beyond knowledgeable and caring. They don't sugar coat or try to upsell on any services and medicine which creates a sense of trust I've never had with any doctor (even my own). They are an extremely busy and hard working clinic so giving them as much patience and respect as they give our animals is mandatory. If I have the choice I'll never go to another clinic.

I absolutely love this office. I ordered a chameleon off the internet, it ended up arriving sick. I called this office, and they were able to make me an appointment for 2 weeks later. Most places I called were a month out for new patients, or they did not take chameleon breeds they weren't familiar with(oustalets). Dr.John is awesome and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to contact someone to make sure he had all the info about Sids kind, and I was really blown away by that. The vet tech that came in first was so nice and not squimish with him. Within two days of our chameleon being on antibiotics he was eating and drinking double what he was, the bump on his side started to disappear. His colors never looked better, and I'm pretty certain he's finally putting on weight. Thank You all so much ❤

Although it is possible, cats are rarely injured from a short fall. Their bodies are uniquely designed to absorb great impact. HOWEVER, if it is alone there are a number of other reasons it will have difficulty reaching adulthood. Plus it needs shots and probably has fleas and maybe worms. A rescue is the right move if you cant keep it. Many shelters, even so called no-kill shelters will lower their animal populations by means that are lethal. Where are you?
I have no idea. I think they open Mon 730am.
After hours they refer to the veterinary emergency clinic in cassleberry
