There are some carts like Los Vecinos and I believe Thai Kitchen...those are the places I visit for GF options 😊

I'm not sure, simply because I don't have to worry about that. I do know that there are many trucks with diverse cuisines. I'm sure some of them must have gluten free options. Good luck.
