On their website there is a place you can click to send an email to customer service. Ive contacted them twice through there and got a response within 2 business days. Good Luck!
I think you'd have better luck calling them or talking to them in person. This is for questions that goto the community and not necessarily the business. You might also try leaving feedback on yelp, but I'm certain that won't help with a resolution. Good luck!
It's possible that it's location specific. They may be able to place a special order within their corporation.
