I rarely eat at BWW and now I probably will stop going altogether. My friends and I decided to go for lunch today because I had free birthday wings and a deal for free 6 wings when you buy $10 of stuff... no problem! I asked and informed them about both offers before even ordering to which they stated I could use both no issue, which was a nice surprise since I only planned on using one offer. The place was dead, but our food took forever to come out to the point my friends child and husband were like what the heck is taking so long I'm starving. Other tables that came in after got food before us. My friends fries were all cold when they arrived. Then when the bill came there were issues with the redeeming of the offers. Instead of the manager just honoring them they just took $10 off and said sorry it wouldn't let me because how I wrung it up. Ok...then void it and ring it up different. Nope. They told me I could order my birthday wings. We just paid and left it was such a headache and over an hour of being there. Never again!

5 stars for: Wings were made to perfection, onion rings and hatch cheese dip amazing. One star for carrots and celery sticks the were dried out and ends shriveled....sent back to kitchen. I usually enjoy these but get mad when I am charged for something that is not appetizing or edible. I know it is a small thing but they need better quality control on something they charge for. Again, the extra crispy wings were amazing.

Enjoyed a nice lunch at Buffalo . I had the lunch special of 10 boneless wings with fries and veggies . I had the Orange chicken sauce added , it was delicious . Thanks Erica for your wonderful service .

My order said it was ready for pickup at 10:30, showed up and the lady said it wasn’t ready that they were still working on the chicken wrap, I guess it takes almost an hour to complete a chicken wrap, didn’t get my food until 11:24. Asked why they had put it was ready for pickup when it wasn’t and she ignored me the first time, my boyfriend asked her what was the reason for the delay and all she said was that it was the cooks fault and it was out of her hands. No apology or anything. The dine in was pretty slow, they literally only had 2 tables with customers, they had more people at the entrance waiting on them. Horrible customer service. Only ordered from there because wingstop was closed, never again.
