I bought joggers seven days ago . Today the price want down 1/3 off. I have my recipe and I was told I can get my money back at customer service. But customer service did not adjust price saying it's Mark down price so cannot price adjust the price.

Well, I would return the item with my receipt, and independently buy the other marked down item direct. I did not have that experience in the past. Hope this helps.

Just return item...get your money and then buy the markdown.

Take back the shoes with receipt. They will give you the correct amount back.

Is the first time hear about Mark down in Costco there is not that like Sam's. Easy fix. Return the joggers and buy them again at new low price.
