These folks are incredibly hard to get a hold of. The best way to get a hold of them on the phone is: 1. Follow the prompts as if you adopted an animal that has a health issue, and you may only be on hold for an hour. Ignore all of the other prompts, as they lead you to dead ends with useless information. 2. If you submit an interest request for adopting an animal, they may contact you in a day or so to begin the adoption process. An important note: if you are attempting to adopt an animal, at some point after you speak to them on the phone and get off, they will send you a time-sensitive form with little to no warning that the form will expire in a very short period of time (they want it back in 15 minutes). If you are in a meeting at work, or just happen to not check your email for any period of time... You are out of luck and they will not reach back out to you. Even if you manage to get a hold of someone on the phone after, forget about the animal you wanted.
