No you don't have to be a Veteran. You just have to want a new beginning, a second chance. This place is amazing! I highly recommend it! My son is in the program. He is happy, free from addiction and has new outlook on life and God's plans for him. The Dream Center is truly a blessing for all who are in the program, served by the program and those who volunteer!
