Does it have its own parking lot? How many spaces for parking? Considering this place for a wedding reception for 53 people. Is there enough room for tables for everyone and also room for dancing? Is there room for a DJ and a photo booth? Thank you!

It doesn't have a parking lot, but it's reasonable to find 15 or so street parking spaces within a block of the building. I think that once your dancing begins you would probably need to take down a few tables to create space. There is plenty of room to set up a photo booth outside the building on the patio area and the landscaping is beautiful. If you hold your wedding there your guests will be impressed with the venue.

No parking. You might consider a special events valet service, like California Parking. I think 53 people, plus tables and food servers, would be exceed the comfortable space limits.

Unfortunately Sunnyside Conservatory does NOT have a lot. It is all street level parking. HOWEVER, it is truly a beautiful place for something like a wedding reception. I would recommend, however parking may cause difficulties. Edit- The inside space should be able to accommodate a reception of your size, but it might be a bit small. I do not remember the building occupancy limit, but I think it is around 70.
