Go to an update session Tuesday or Thursday, except holidays, at 10:30 or 11:30AM. Show up by 9:30 to be safe. If you don't get into the 10:30 session, that should ensure you at least get into the 11:30 session. Bring outfits if you want to add additional "looks" to your profile, as well as any pertinent info you may need to change or add (proof of name/ address change, etc). Plan to be there as late as 2PM if there is a large group, but expect to be done in about 60-90 minutes.

Just call them. If its been 6 months or more since you've been in, go to an updates session Tues or Thurs 10:30 Or 11:30, I think but you can confirm tints on their website. Take new photos and update any personal info, takes less than an hour.
Try calling them. There are specific times to come in and do these updates.
