You need an ID, social security card or a passport. You might bring all 3 just so you have everything you need.
@Tony Danks. If you are a US citizen you need Social Security Card and 1 of the following : unexpired Passport, Birth Certificate, Driver's License, State I.D. You also now need an appointment. If you don't have proper i.d. they won't meet with you. So don't waste your time and theirs.
