Yes, start the process online and finish onsite. Bring your documentation.
Yes, you can only reserve online. Check out the video tutorial here: https://www.centralcasting.com/la/register/#faqs Sorry to hear the website had issues at 9:10am - We have not heard of that issue before but possible considering the amount of people accessing at the same time.
The video instructions on the website on how to register are exactly correct. Start the process by creating a profile and then check for the next online registration date, get to the online registration page after signing into your profile, at 9:09 a.m. you have to be ready to refresh your screen at exactly 9:10 am, the next reservation appointment circle should turn blue hit it and register. When you go for the office appointment it's a good idea to get there early so you can be at the beginning of the line. They are very efficient and they don't mess around, once you get inside you watch a presentation, you have to have your right-to-work documents available, once the presentation is done then get your picture taken. You can come back later to do your picture if you want. Once that's done then you watch the job page for something that you may fit and then send an email to the person requesting the casting call.
Sounds like it. Just make sure they DON'T try to charge you any fee ! They tried this for a while but the DA quashed them .

Only online.
Yes you need to start online and make a reservation and then the rest of the process is done at Central casting filling out the paperwork and taking your profile photo
