How is overtime paid? If I work 12 hours how is it paid? Is it 8-10 hours at 1.5 times pay, then 10-12 hours paid at 2 times pay?

Yes. I believe it's the minimum for the first 8 hours, time and 1/2 for 8 to 12 hours and then double time after 12 hours.
