the subway restroom is 3 minutes walk away straight ahead. People are friendly and will oblige. JUST ask!
You have to tell someone to hold your spot and go to the subway restroom. They have cameras all around the building and they really don't like when you pee on their property. I'd suggest not drinking anything the night before, going to the bathroom that morning before you leave, then not drinking anything until they let you inside the building. Worked like a charm for me.
No only inside but if you have to go you have to go. If you're driving there there is parking across the street I've seen people with they're fold out chairs and book or phone to keep occupied.
