On Saturday The festival opens at 12. I believe that the food booths will be open at the same time. It gets crowded around 5 pm and theteafter
Usually by 4pm, maybe 5pm at the latest! I recommend you come early to find nearby parking or Uber/lyft it as parking is a challenge. Also, opt for the full dinner, 10-12 Dollar you won't be dissapointed.
