Like all stores, they have different sales at different times. The best way to find out what is on sale is to subscribe to their emails so you will have updates sent to your inbox. They don't send lots of junk emails like many stores do.
Decorator Warehouse is one of the best Christmas stores that I have been to. I don't know if they have a sale on Christmas lights but if you've never been there it's a great place to take your family and they have a quaint Tea Room that has good food.
Right now sale on ornaments, but their lights are good price, good quality. Check them out all shapes and colors
Thry had s big dake on lights when wecwere there two weeks ago, but I don't know how long that sale lasts.
