Cal Poly Pomona has 5-10 diff papaya tree varieties starting at $8. Its good to check out their FB page and call them. They have lots of different rare and exotic stuff too sometimes.
If they don't have it, they may be able to order one.
You would have to call and ask them, I know I saw guava.
