Does the park have free refills drinks for souvenir cups

I'm pretty sure it does every thing there cost a lot of money when you go there in Cal you need at least 1500 or 2000 dallors just because its going to cost that much cuz hotel,food,gas,parks,beach just to park there.

Not always. Some AP stuff comes with refills, like popcorn buckets (some during AP days) refill for $1

I know in disneyworld there are cups you can do that with, not sure about Disneyland. However, if you ask for ice water from any restaurant even without buying food they'll give you some. That saves a lot not having to buy bottles.
