Yes. They have an app you can download which will give show you a map and the location of the restrooms. Also, you can pick up an actual map at the entrances.
There are rest rooms all over the place. Many are not signed well, but they are there. As you enter the park, there are maps at the turnstiles which show where they are. Please add the Disneyland app to your smart phone, its a great resource.
