I dont know the ticket charges it's around 250 for a 3 day pass. Once you get inside Disneyland you can go through any ride as long as they are running.
The tickets for the Halloween party are separate from regular admission. As they just raised prices for regular admission, who knows extra what they'll charge for the party. The regular admission includes all rides.
