I'm in the military, but in order to sell the car you would have to register the car in your name. Making you the sole owner. If you don't want to go through all that you can always sell the car yourself as a private seller. The SPOA gives you limited power over the assets. It does not make you the owner.
Sorry, not quite clear about your question. If you are trying to purchase a vehicle, most manufacturer's offer a Military discount. However, "Credit/Loans/Leases" are solely based on the individual. Therefore, you may want to consider USAA or Navy Federal Credit Union for example. Or a Strong Family Co-Signer. Yes, our military puts all their affairs in order prior to deployment. They are taught that.by the military espevially when they go to another country. This is not right and I will make it right for him.
