Space mountain is the best for me.
The answer would depend on your age. Any of the Space or Star Wars rides are good. Buzz Light Year interactive ride is excellent. All of Fantasy Land because it relates to all of the original movies. My 12 completely enjoyed driving the Autotopia track, by herself.
