The tram to the disney parks is also handicap friendly.
Yes all rides are handicap accessible
Disneyland is very accommodating to handicapped guests however they do have a list of limitations on their website. Guest who are in a wheelchair can ask for extra assistance in getting on the ride in which they go to the ride exit to be helped on the ride, some rides have a special handicapped option (Nemo's Subs and Sleeping Beauty Castle walk through.)
All rides are handicap accessible.
Yup, had a wheelchair today. At California Adventure you don't need an extra pass. But at Disneyland you do.
All rides are Handicap Accessible and you can even get a speedy pass or fast pass for during your visit. Just check in Disneyland.
