Are you replacing old fluorescent bulbs with LED ones in an existing luminaire? If so, the ballast has to be removed from the circuit. LED replacement tubes should be wired positive to positive, negative to negative. Polarity is important with LED lamps. If you are replacing a ballast for fluorescent bulbs, a technician would need to see the old ballast wiring and compare it to the new ballast/bulbs being installed. Make a service appointment if you're having trouble with either.

I would let the folks at Benlo's do this for you if you are unsure. Why risk damaging you coaches wiring over what would be a minor charge to do it professionally.
