I scheduled a bulky item pick up on 6/26 and was told it would be picked up on Monday morning at 6am. Long story short it’s Thursday July 2nd and the item has not been picked up. I’ve called in every day since Monday and every time the representatives tell me it’s going to be picked up the day I call but no one ever shows up. The worst part is the bulky item has been left out so long it was thrown in the dumpster and I had to pull it out because I was told they would not pick it up if it’s inside the dumpster. I have now spoken to a supervisor after a 45 minute hold and hope this last call will finally get this resolved.
