there are no showers. there is an outhouse and grills but that's about it. I suggest bringing your own tp.

Campground is downhill with a remote toilet. Uphill is a picnic site (day use) with tables and concrete toilet. One of a best views on the Golden Gate bridge

Be sure to bring a water supply, too. There's a filtered water station at the bathrooms at the Visitors/check-in, but that's about a half mile away from the campsites.

When I stayed there years ago, the youth hostel a block away was offering showers to campers for $2 per person per day.
