Hi Aaron. If you call our 800# and ask to be connected to a branch, they will put you through. Alternatively, you can find the direct line for each branch by visiting out branch locator page at oregonstatecu.com/branches-and-atms. I hope that helps.
I called 800 today 1/20/21 and they said they have never been asked to transfer a call to a branch directly that the best way to contact was to go through drive thru and no appointments could be made via the phone. Very frustrating
Just ask to be transferred to the branch you want.
