My irrigation pump had a broken part. I took the pump in on a Monday morning. They did not have the part in stock but said they would order one. I expressed multiple times that it was urgent as this pump waters my orchard. Was told the part would take a week. I then brought in my back up pump (it also had issues and wouldn’t run) on Wednesday afternoon. I asked for an update on the first pump I brought in. The part had not been ordered and they were going to be closed the next week. So the repair wouldn’t be complete for at least two weeks. I understand that in 2022 parts can take awhile to arrive. Timely ordering can be the make it or break it for a farmer. Right now both pumps are at Northwest Hobby in Albany. They are trying to get me at least 1 working pump in the next few days. While I’ve liked supporting Cascade over the years for all my small engine repairs on the farm, I unfortunately cannot continue to support long lead times and slow ordering.

Home Grown. Home Friendly. Ever since Steve has been in business I have dealt with his business. I don't buy alot but what keeps me going back is the way Him and his employees treat you. The same for a $10 purchase or a $10,000 dollar purchase, #1. Also, have never had a problem with product.

I brought my 10yo Craftsman riding mower into them for repair. It wouldn’t run and it needed oil change and new blades. They found so many things wrong from previous “repairs”. Even a new Spindle shaft! All this, and I MEAN ALL THIS FOR $249.00. are you kidding me! Outstanding. Talk about reasonably priced! I’m so pleased, I can hardly wait to cut my grass this Spring. 👍👍👍👍

I’ve been coming to Cascade outdoor Power for some years now and I’ve told my family as well and they have all come and bought pieces of equipment and been very happy with the service, repair, maintenance and just all around great customer service!! I was a board member for a local non profit with out a lot of money and my husband and I did fire wood for shut ins who needed it. They went above and beyond the call of duty with chain sharpening and bar oil and safety gear if needed when we had people joining us. This business has a heart for the community and truly care about their neighbors! They were also nationally recognized and awarded this last year! Lebanon is blessed having them!
