Can you paddle board at Pena adobe

I have seen at least 2 that paddle board last month.. If that helps..

Actually Pena Adobe park and Lagoon Valley Park are all in the same area. Pena Adobe has no water. Lagoon Valley Park does have water but I have never personally seen anyone in it. I don't know if I would want to venture out into it myself. It is also not very deep.
