Cont'd. .. they charged and collected interest on her loan as of she was alive. It's illegal to collect interest on someone who's deceased. When k explained to them I got put on hold every time after that .

I think this company is horrible and they better be giving me my ish later on when my debt is paid off what i do know i will never pay it off because they charge me 6 dollars a day so the total never goes down
