Use a 15 day payoff. Process to get a loan is extremely tedious. Also the principal they use to calculate the payoff amount is correct Customer service confirmed it. Would NOT ever use them again.

I would put negative zero of I could. Horrible loan company taking advantage of desperate people. In my case taking advantage of a family member that has dementia. Repoed the car for a late payment charges a 1500in fees to get the car back. Paid the fees for this family member then they said go ahead and pick up the car 8 hours away from his home. Can not talk with anybody that has sanity or empathy for elders. Rude unprofessional ,most money hungry company.. STAY AWAY. You will never pay off their loan. Never. Reporting the appropriate authorities to their fraudulent actions.

Great company to deal with. My loan was quick and easy. Had my loan now for a little over a year. Never had a problem at all. A few times I couldn't make my payment on the date it was due called and changed the date without a problem. Didn't have to pay any extra fees. Highly recommend!

Shady! Make sure you actually read the fine print (disclaimer as they call it). I thought they were helping me out when I had a bad couple months by postponing my payments to the end of the loan, I understood it as extending my loan a couple extra months, what they actually did was add the total to my last payment so I was blindsided with a $2,000 final payment. When I called them about it, their only reply was that "it was explained in the disclaimer".

I have not had that experience with them. If you get a loan from them you can generally work things out with them. I guess it may depend on what amount you borrow. I have had two loans with them.
No it wont reduce your payment
Yes
I had lost my job due to my son being diagnosed with a brain tumor and admitted to Stanford hospital immediately was forced to ask my mom to take out a personal loan to help with bills unfortunately I was in no state of mind to make wise decisions this being one Wilshire is the absolute the worst loan company in excistance there should b laws to protect the public from such things seriously I don't no how anyone could feel good bout even being employed there !
Write them a letter I suppose

They repoed mine for 2 months. I got mine back but it was a bunch of circles and i got it back 4 days later at the auction..even though i paid it the day after they took it. I had to pay the fees 350.00. The vehicle was in lodi then thry moved it to rio linda which is 2 hours from me on the same day the repo company said it was there with them. Pay it asap or make arrangements with them. They do work with you.
It messes up your credit big time just with 1 month delay makes a difrens
Talk to an attorney. They can guide you.
