They hold quarterly sales - the last one was in April, so the next won't be for a few months but it is advertised on their website.
We just had one last weekend which was awesome. You should keep a lookout for events by Friends of the Torrance Library on the library website for the next event. Highly recommend getting the Friends membership to get early access to the sale. Makes a big difference on the book collection you see.
