Is it drive through seeing only or can we walk around?

I think it is better to drive around so you can listen to the different stations that go with the lights.

It is a huge area. If you want to see most of it driving is the way to go

You can walk around. You just can't park within the neighborhood, they have posted signs that prohibit parking. You can however park outside the neighborhood across the street around some factories. Literally about 2 minutes away. Have fun!!!
